Our Digital Media class has been hard at work planning social media for the month of February and throughout the rest of the school year. They've been learning about branding, marketing, and the different facets of social media, and they're excited to show some of the things they've learned. In addition to this class, two of our students are earning credits by their work on creating engaging media posts, based on their talents and career interests. One of the great benefits of a school like CCS is that we can create opportunities based on what our students need to succeed. This past week Anna Prim was named Max Preps Athlete of the week! Anna recently surpassed 1,000-career points with 18 (and 17 rebounds) in a 68-46 win over Clinton Christian. Also had 14 points, 16 rebounds and seven blocks in a 51-35 win over Granger Christian and nine points, 16 rebounds and four blocks in a 49-45 win over La Lumiere. Averaging 13.5 points, 9.6 rebounds and 2.7 blocks. Career totals are 1,027 points, 836 rebounds and 265 blocks...and counting!
